Mariko was a little startled by the others sudden actions. And words were caught in her throat about how she should respond to the others statements. The other was changing emotions so quickly, she wasn’t able to catch one fully before it was gone once more. As her hand was taken for the last time, and she felt Tsubame begin to pull her forward towards wherever it was he was taking her, she couldn’t help but throw a confused look at her Pokemon, who looked just as confused as her. They did, however, begin to follow after her, Celeste and Luka both guiding little Snowdrop along, making sure that she wasn’t going to fall behind. Thankfully she was able to withstand the weather well enough, and so her walking for a little while wouldn’t be too awful for her, especially since Mariko really had no way of being able to carry her at the moment. All Mariko could do, was trust the man that was leading her, and hope that he was going to stick to his word about being a gentleman. Otherwise, she at least knew for a fact that Luka would be able to give one well placed burn on command.
