Everything had been set; flyers dispersed, invitations sent. The only remaining thing she had to do was to actually have the event! The red haired woman had neatly tucked away her hair in a ponytail, and she admired her costume held up by a castle resident. Looking over her royal balcony, she noted the people themselves were dressing warmer, as even in Celosia, the winters were cold. The red-haired woman twirled about in her custom kimono. She had specifically requested a flareon themed kimono, for this event was to be held on the night the moon was fullest.
She felt bad, knowing the farmers would be unable to attend, but it was a good thing the festivities she deemed would last several days. She deemed it a night to appreciate their hard work and celebrate with much food and drink, but also a night to scare away the ghost pokemon since they always seemed to run rampant at this time. She had already spent much time in preparing the festival, and today she could finally begin to reap the seeds she had sewn.
At the hall, many ribbons and streamers of black, reds, purples, oranges, and even some green had been scattered about. There were many reception tables and everything looked old and creepy save for the bright colors. She had hoped that her guests were also going to dress up for her new holiday and enjoy themselves in the holiday.
The red queen let the very special item slide to the bottom of her sleeve before she twirled it in her hand. It had a worn yet creepy face carved into it, and a crack down the middle. Akane knew what it was immediately, but she decided as incentive, she'd use it for her own needs on this day. Today she would not only give out a badge, but also this very rare item she held.
