Sparky dodged nimbly around the pillar as it appeared in her way. She continued to sprint through the tunnel, twisting out of the way of the stone pillars while she ran. She still had a smirk on her face, knowing she could win this competition. She wouldn't let Z down. She would win him this badge so he could be proud of her. Then afterwards, she would take a long rest, as this was really tiring and she needed a drink. With those thoughts, she continued to run.
Prasha kept hitting levers trying to throw Sparky off, she was such a fantastic challenger Prasha wanted to push her to the limit. Prasha knew she was nearing the end when the 20 second air horn went off to give the contestant a sense of how valuable time was.
"She will definitely make it to Stage three, Rocky." Prasha had let Rocky watch his challenger the built Sawk watched her progress and nodded. "We are going to have some fun."
Sparky continued to dodge and twist out of the way of the pillars, ignoring the horn that blared, until she reached the other end of the tunnel and dove through the opening and rolled to her feet. Z and his pokemon applauded again, with kit blasting Ruby with a moonblast when she tried to make trouble again, and Z walked over with a berry juice to help his friend and partner cool off and rehydrate after the run. Z knew this challenge was easy for her because of her experiences in the mines.
Prasha clapped through the P.A. cigarette in hand. He then blared the air horn signalling Stage Three. "Lets push your stamina, Get Ready." Prasha sounded excited through the mike. "25 dummies of Rocky. Take them out as fast as possible time limit is 2 minutes."
Prasha's hand was on the lever waiting for Sparky's signal.
Sparky nodded to Prasha, readying herself for this challenge. She was full of adrenaline so she'd be fine as long as she kept active. She was eager to pound the dummies into the ground and clenched her hands into fists and got into a muay thai stance similar to the one she took when she was in her mega form, and flames blazed from her wrists, showing her eagerness.
Prasha hit the levers and 4 dummies popped up encircling her. Each dummy resembled a potential Pokemon that Prasha would use during a battle with a challenger. Three of these four dummies where Sawk and the last was Toxicroak. The dummies were the exact same thickness as Prasha's own Pokemon and would resemble real combat effectiveness and persistence.
Sparky began to use brick break to slam the dummies with punches and kicked them with powerful kicks. she didn' hold back, and if she was fighting a human, the human would have broken bones and ruptured organs from the beating she was giving the dummies. she was imagining that they were her worst enemy and wasn't pulling any punches, trying to hit hard enough to punch through solid bedrock, something she knew how to do due to helping in the mines.
Sparky had dispatched the first set of dummies. Impressive, but this was morning drills for Rocky. He shrugged and kept his eye on Sparky. Prasha pulled the second lever and six more popped from the ground. Two ha popped up on the ledge over looking Sparky, while three popped up in front of her and one from behind. Prasha wanted to wear down Sparky by controlling the one behind her to counter her attacks.
Sparky continued to fight through the dummies, smashing through them with her strength. these dummies weren't as hard as solid granite and marble, so she was not having too much trouble with smashing them, as she smashed those stones on a daily basis when she and the other pokemon helped out in the mines back at starfort. carrying loads of ore also helped her build arm and leg strength and stamina, allowing her to continue to fight at her best, or close to it at least.
Prasha wanted to throw sparky off so he pressed a button and a huge dummy Steel Plated like his Aggron sprang forward. The dummy would be thick like Steel, but Prasha had added a set of steel plated armor like they used to place on Aggrons during the wars in ancient times. Sparky would definitely have a tough time breaking through this.
Sparky slammed a punch into the new dummy and her eyebrows raised as she only dented the steel plates. with a frown she began to slam brick break after brick break into the dented area, using the already damaged point as her target so that it would be easier to break through the metal armor. she let out a roar as she began to punch harder and faster, drawing upon everything she had to break this steel dummy. She resolved to train her fists to be able to break steel easier.
(Hey Z sorry I was on Vacation and did not have my computer)
The Air Horn sounded marking 1 minute and 10 seconds left off the Third Stage. Prasha pulled a lever and the remainder of the dummies appeared encircling Sparky all wearing Leather armor. Prasha was confident in Sparky and wanted her to fight Rocky who had began warming up punching a punching bag made from Milktank Hide.
With a roar of defiance, sparky managed to blast through the damaged area of the steel armor, before slamming the dummy into the leather covered ones with enough force to smash them. she continued to pound the damaged metal until it was clear that the armor would be hurting its wearer more than it would protect it, what with the armor being broken and bent inwards from her punches. She was angry and adrenaline was surging through her veins, giving her more strength.
All of the dummies went down and Prasha came from the box and clapped. "Good show! Good Show. I think we are ready for the last challenge, yes?" Prasha came down and stood by Z and his team. "Shall we proceed? I do not need my box for this." Prasha switched a lever on the wall and a rope dropped from the ceiling. "Last Stage. Climb it. You have 30 seconds. We will begin when you are ready."
"Sparky?" asked Z, getting a nod from the fire type, "we're ready. It's better to start now than to start after the adrenaline wears off. So unless I can give her something to help her recover faster from exhaustion, then we'll start right now." Sparky was all pumped up, but she knew that if she stopped to rest, she would lose all this energy and would need to recover before jumping into another challenge or battle if she didn't want to come out of this worse than she had started.
