Zandrophin walked into his top floor office and sat behind his desk. He was filling out the shipping schedule for the next month. This schedule was a crucial part to the success of his business. If the ships didn't come in on time and on schedule, there would be no goods to move when they were needed. An hour later, everything had been recorded. He sat back in his chair with a sigh. Near his desk was one of the copper pipes which ran throughout the entire building. These pipes were used as a way to relay messages throughout the building. He lifted the cover and spoke into it.
"Prasha, old boy....please come see me in my office...we have much to discuss."

Prasha heard his boss's voice over the intercom and immediately dropped his tools and was about to use the stairs when he paused and remembered the brand new marble lift he had just installed. Sweat and grime was still all over his white muscle shirt, which exposed all of Prasha's Tribal tattoos. Prasha it the button to the lift and ascended to the office floor.
Prasha arrived at his bosses office looking as if he had been working not stop for days. he though twice about tracking dirt into Zan's office. If he got a spec of dirt on the floor that he had installed himself. Zan would go nuts, so Prasha removed his work boots and tool belt and wiped as much sweat from his face that he could and proceeded into Zan's office.
"Hey Boss. You wanted to see me?" Asked Prasha. Prasha leaned back in the arm chair and let out a winded sigh. He had been working all morning, even took the day off from the candy store to work on the Tower.

"Prasha..." Zandrophin said as he rotated his chair, "you know why we came here, yes?"
Before Prasha could even answer, Zandrophin continued,
"We came here to set up a base of operations, get some money flowing, and to work on our projects. The first two have been completed. It's time to move on to the third stage. We've got plenty of schematics here...and each one presents its own challenges and rewards. With supplies still coming in from Silph Co, we've got all the tech we'll need...we just need to get started. Do you have a project in mind that you'd like to start on?"
Zandrophin opened up the file and laid all the schematics out on the table.

Prasha was already ready and whipped a schematic out of his tool box. Prasha put the plans in front of Zan and spread it out before him. It was something he had been working on since he was a small child. The schematic called for a watch that you could speak through, check the heal of your Pokemon, and it was a small map. The map was the hard part. Prasha would have to trek across the whole land to map it.
Prasha looked Zan in the eye with a very serious look. "We can make millions Zan. Think about it." Prasha's voice was kind of cold, but it had an authority about it that even Nachos could since from his perch.
Prasha then pulled out his wood carving and kukuri and started nervously chipping away at his poke ball. He could sense Zan looking at him and his carving and Prasha could since the curiosity of his boss.
"Also I am designing a Pokeball that is based for luxurious pokemon." That should be a huge selling point on the market." Prasha said looking at his boss with a sort of mysterious look as if his brain was working overtime...

"I see one big flaw with your first idea, old boy...we may make millions, but it will take you too long to map the entirety of the island. As for the fancy Pokeball, you must remember...not a lot of people have a lot of money."
"Now," he continued, "something I had in mind...is a reusable Pokeball. You know how when you throw the ball, and if the Pokemon breaks it, you can't use it again...because it's cheaper just to buy a new one? Well, think about this...a ball with a constantly-resetting code matrix. If it fails, it simply resets and you can try again. The only problem is...its catch chance will have to be very low...otherwise they won't sell. What do you think?"

Prasha thought about this and shook his head a bit.
"Boss that is a great idea, however how would one retrieve the ball after throwing it?" Prasha asked Zan. Prasha's earrings began to glow blue. Prasha was meditating hard and his eyes turned blue. He got up and put some materials on the table. He began working on his inner creation and made a makeshift sling shot with a return device.
"How is this boss?" Prasha was still deep in meditation. his eyes focused glowing blue and changing to purple. His earring were also changing color. Prasha had finally learned how to step into 2nd gear thought meditation.
Prasha cancelled his meditation and sat down somewhat exhausted....
"Ah, yes....I'd forgotten about the return device that I'd planned for. Listen to this. When the trainer buys the...Second Chance Ball...I'll work on a catchier name if this idea gets off the ground...we give them an accessory...be it a bracelet, a glove, or something else with a beacon transmitter inside. Then we code the ball to the frequency of the transmitter, and lock it in. Now the ball should return to the person with the proper frequency, similar to a magnet. Thoughts? This is still a rather rough idea...but if it works, it could revolutionize the Pokemon capturing process."
Zandrophin eagerly awaited Prasha's reaction. This was one of Zandrophin's few projects...he was very proud of all of them. However, if they wouldn't work, he wouldn't let his pride get in the way. A flawed idea loses money...and customer loyalty.

Prasha looked at Zan for a moment. Then nodded and raised a finger. "What if we could code the trainer's hand warmth to the Pokeball? Registering the trainer's warmth of the hand the Pokeball would only open for the trainer and in can be resealed and reused? It is just a thought, but I think it could work." Prasha waited for Zan to respond.
Prasha sat on the stool Indian-style and put his pipe in his mouth. Puffing on it in perfect smoke rings he waited for his boss to respond. Deep in thought Prasha thought about this Pokeball.
Prasha's idea for an added security level had merit, but there were some flaws in it. Zandrophin had to adress the biggest one.
"Thermal recognition is tricky, old boy...I've worked on systems like that. Internal temperatures are constantly shifting due to outside influences, making a stable level difficult to attain and maintain. Imagine the fear when you're faced with a wild Pokemon, and your ball won't open because it doesn't register you as you because your heat level is different. A better option would be to use the truly original way of identification, the hand print. Since no one has the exact same hand print, only that person could use the ball."
Zandrophin began scribbling down notes and making a few rough blueprints. If this worked, it would revolutionize the capturing of Pokemon.

Prasha liked his boss's idea. Prasha nodded in agreement. He was on edge, a slight shift in his mind was making him think less and less. He was loosing control of his own body. Prasha was frantic, though he did no show it his mind felt as if it had been erased.
Prasha continued his carving, but could not remember what he was carving. His knife slipped over the wood and he lost track of his actions. Prasha began to stare blankly at the wall.

A few days passed, and Zandrophin came to Prasha's room. He saw him sitting in a chair writing up his new menus for his stand in the marketplace. Zandrophin never knocked when entering this room...Prasha cared little for his privacy...especially when the door was open. Zandrophin entered silently and said,
"Y'know...new recipes need ingredients....shall we go out into the fields to the west, just outside the city? See what we can find out there? I know Rose has been dying to look at some more flora...she sees the same flowers everyday in the garden. What do you say? Care for a bit of an adventure?"

Prasha was in the middle of a crossword puzzle. Prasha was in deep thought when he heard the knock. He jumped up a bit and saw Zan's head. The mention of the fields was exactly what Prasha needed. Toxy was looking out the window at Rocky and Nachos who were carrying some rocks around the garden for Rose.
"Yea sure I think we all need that. It would be fun. I could always use some more berries and what not. What do you think Toxy?" Prasha looked down at his cross word puzzle. "By the way 45 down has me in a tail spin. What is the word for sleepy but also lazy, starts with an L. Lith-something I think." Flutter was on her perch snoozing happily her dreams made her wings shimmer and shake just a bit. "Flutter we are going berry picking!!" She shot awake and happily flew arounf the room and landed on Zan's shoulder "VIIIIIIII!!!!!" She happily said.
"All right lets go. Wait a minute." Prasha leaned out the window. "GUYS!!! WE ARE GOING TO THE FIELDS!!!!" Nachos and Rocky cheered and hurried to place the rocks for Rose.

The group walked out into the fields. It was a lush area, to say the least. Most of the flora and fauna were given water by the small river that ran through the area. There was a small mountain range, and Mount Orinda could be seen in the background. (the really barren looking one off on the right-hand side of the photo)
Zandrophin occasionally came out here to meditate near the river. He released Squirt and let the giant turtle just lay in the middle of it. Mentus floated over and sat on top of Squirt's shell, and Rose began to wander around the field, enjoying all the flowers.

Prasha walked in the field looking for berries. Flutter was dancing around the skies using Aromatherapy to scout out different scents. Mean while the fighting team ran around tackling each other and playing in the stream. Toxy bounced up onto Squirt's shell and pretended he was a sea captain. Prasha watched and chuckled.
"Zan come over here what is this berry, I have never seen this one before." Prasha was squatting down near the bush and Flutter landed on his head and cried "VIIIIII!!!" She picked up another berry and bit into it. A smile appeared and she gave off a powerful strong scent.

Dolos remained by Zandrophin's side. He didn't much care for these open spaces, and he voiced his converns
Human....this place...too exposed. Can't hide.
"Relax a bit, Dolos...we'll be fine."
Zandrophin heard Prasha call him over about a berry. He jogged over and looked down at the greenish-orange berry. He rolled it around in his hand; it had a texture similar to a strawberry. He grinned as he identified it,
"I haven't seen one of these in a very long time. This is a Cimex berry. It's a delicacy for Bug pokemon...which would explain why Flutter enjoys it so much. You're very lucky, old boy...these are very difficult berries to grow...a lot of factors must be met."
