"It's finally done," said Kazi as he looked over at the large object that took up half of a large room in the Starfort Mining Corperation HQ, "It took months of planning and gathering materials, not to mention what was required to put together and power the dang thing, but now, it's finished."
Standing in front of the Gym Leader/CEO was a large machine that had several radio tubes and spools of tape running through it. Large wires connected it to the city's power grid and an advanced mechanism within its heart allowed it to partially replicate the problem solving thought process and the data storage of the human mind. Yes, after months of tireless labor, the workers in the R&D department of the Starfort Mining Corperation, had finished work on the very first computer to exist on the continent. The design was made so it would be able to help coordinate the mining, work, and trade invoices that normally filled Kazi's office with an almost endless flood of paperwork for him to go over and sign on a weekly basis. Now he could sort through the files and forms and approve them without the hard copies piling up on his floor.
"You seem eager," said a deep voice in his head that was projected from an object in his pocket.
"This is unusual," said Kazi, "you never talk to me unless it's important, and I still can't figure out how you can talk in my head without psychic powers."
"Irrelevant," said the voice.
"Well," asked Kazi, "what do you want then."
"Be wary. Power is coveted."
"Don't spoil it for me," said Kazi before calling his pokemon, "make sure the room is ready for any guests and that the hotel suites are reserved."
