With the city decked out with stalls and pumpkin lights, our annual Hallows Eve tournament is ready to begin. Visitors from afar are given rooms at our hotels. Royaly get a free room in our VIP Falling Stars Hotel, Gym leaders and Hall owners get a room in the Starlight Hotel, and all others get a free room in the Constellation Hotel for your visit. Costumes are welcome and encouraged and there are games and events for the kids too. the winner gets a cash prize and the rules are simple.
1. no items from bag are allowed. held items are fine.
2. no substitutions mid battle. the pokemon you register are the ones you will use.
3. switching out is allowed.
4. the matches are 2 vs 2.
5. the first side to lose all pokemon loses.
