Izzy is about 5'9 with icy blue eyes and the same color hair abit darker, he always wears his hair in a combed to the side look and sometimes in a spiky doo. When Brenden is on duty, he wears a standard Pokemon Ranger uniform, except he wears Green Cargo Pants with an Orange Tactical Vest emblazoned with Pkmn Ranger on it's back in Reflective Text. On special occasions and Chaning Conditions he would wear different versions or the Pokemon Ranger Uniform, like Fleeces for windy days, Parka's in winter and even orange Ranger shorts when watching the beach duties.
Personality:
Izzy is an average kind of person, not the person who you'd really remember but not quite the person you'd forget either, he could be introverted or he could be bubbly depending on how well he knows you, but inside he's a good person and cares alot about Humans and Pokemon. he his a decent tactician and of average intelligence with a bit of trouble in the subject of math.
He kindness stems from his lonely childhood, he was a bright, curious and sheltered little boy not knowing many things about the world outside his home, it was until it was it for the boy to attend public school in Blackthorn Town is when he started to act out and do strange things, not knowing it was annoying to other kids which made his pretty much an outcast. It didn't take long for him to figure out why the other kids disliked him, but by that time it was too late to change things, so he decided he would stay the same, know that if people were nice they'd accept him for who he was. He thought there would be no hope in finding a new friend until a new transplant in town who had the same kind demeanor and sense of humor, they quickly hit it off and became friends shortly after.

History: Before Izzy was deployed and became the Head Ranger of the newly founded Asemon Ranger Union, he was born to a working-class family in what today is known as Blackthorn City, his family was part of the Ishimura Clan; A line of Law Enforcers and Scientists who helped found the village many, many years ago. He comes from a line of Dragon and Near Extinction Pokemon Trainers/Masters. His Dragon side of the Family runs the village gym and Police Station while his Extinct Pokemon Side of the family "Scientific side" of the family runs the Pokemon Center/Lab along with Nurse Joy
It took one act of cruelty that changed his mind from being a scientist, during his childhood he remember a bunch of bullies picking on a Pupitar for being useless... after watching and feeling useless for not intervening, he quickly stood two and fought off the bullies, sustaining a permanent scar below his eye and a friend for life... and it was from that day he and his childhood friend decided it was time for a human voice to protect pokemon from the cruel humans who sought to harm them, so they founded the Ranger Corps, an Organization of Human Law Enforcement Officers and Scientists who swore to uphold the law and protect the environment.
