On the site there are several ways to obtain money and fun things for your characters and those are usually obtained by specializing your character, or taking site jobs. Or, you can simply become royalty (at senior rank) or start your own company or anything while still being a normal trainer (with admin permission). By specializing your character, you can earn gobs of money every Sunday when jobs are paid.
Site Jobs
Forum admins and moderators are paid a flat rate of 5,000poke every Sunday. Experienced trainers as of right now, are not paid.
Admins: Admins are the people who run the site and are the ones people can go to for anything and are also the final say. They can be considered the bad-guys at time, but they are the ones who must enforce the site policies, promote and run events, and keep the site updated and clean.
Mods: Global, Local, and Chatbox moderators are there to assist the admins (because they can't do everything) and depending on their position, have to work a lot too.
Gym Leaders are paid a flat rate of 15,000poke every Sunday. HOWEVER, 6,000poke IS THE MINIMUM PAYOUT TO A CHALLENGER THAT WINS A BADGE.
Now you are not required to be senior rank to be a gym leader, but in fact Beginning Rookie rank. However, Admin permission is still required.
It is required to return to the site when people either challenge your gym and also reply to the messages within a reasonable duration of time (a week maximum without warning or notification). This meaning, you receive email notifications (edit your notification settings) when someone replies to your posts, or that you frequent the site at least once a week (every other day if in a thread).
To prepare your gym for a challenger, simply start a new thread. Next when titling the thread, be sure at the end to place in hard brackets [OPEN] (these are the equivalent to registering for slots in the arena). Open stands for any trainer willing to compete can compete, and as the slots fill up, replace “OPEN” with the user’s name indicating the slot has been taken. Place one OPEN for a single battle or single player double battle or two OPENs for a two player double battle.
Be sure to message Akane to change up your mascot on the side's message. (To indicated Closed, Open threads, Open for pm requests, etc.) *if too many people post in your thread refer them to the rules section or simply pm them that they were too slow to snap up one of your spots and that they will have to wait for the next contest. However, visitors or spectators to your events are more than welcome unless specified.
This is a battle. You should probably keep in contact with your challenger so no miscommunications or fights break out. Be fair in deciding who wins. And just because they are a lower level than you, remember super-effectives and strategy can beat even the strongest of trainers. Battles can end in draws, but not every draw should earn a badge (or if you’re a real tough leader no draws end in badges). Remember, you were trusted with making the right decisions for your gym. Do not let anyone pressure you into giving a badge when you think one is not deserved. However, if they win unquestionably, or you decided they are a pretty good trainer (and the battle ends in no less than a draw) reward them with a badge!

The application for your board is below.
Name of the Gym: What will you call your gym? (Can be where it is located. Whatever you post here will be its official name.
Location: Where do you want to put it? Tell me what city, board (a new one will already be made for you), kingdom, territory, etc. you want your hall’s board to be.
Type: What main type is your gym? (Please check the gym types to see if it's been taken.)
Badge: Can make your own, or choose one of the official game’s badges. You can actually award people these badges so make it look nice! Or if you want to ask other members for a special badge, pm them or place it a request in the “other” board.
Gym Mascot: A gym mascot pokemon. This is for advertising on the sidepanels, and it doesn't need to be a pokemon you own. Just one that makes sense with your gym, ie. Houndoom Hall's is a houndoom. Starfort is Jirachi, a star pokemon.
Brief Description: This is what the gym looks like inside and out. Describe the arena, challenges, EVERYTHING.
How many challengers at a time? Single Player single or double battle, two player double battle, mosh battle, whatever battle as long as it's not overly complicated and makes sense.
Spectator posting? This is for non-contest members wanting to post in your thread. Yes or No
Contest Hall Owners are paid 20,000poke every Sunday. The minimum payout to one or all of you coordinators combined is 10,000poke*. *The payout to one or all participants is determined by the owner of the hall.
The reason being for Senior Rank or above is so that you can be trusted to return to the site when people either challenge your hall and also reply to the messages within a reasonable duration of time. This meaning, you receive email notifications (edit your notification settings) when someone replies to your posts, or that you frequent the site at least once a week (every other day if in a thread). Only one “badge awarding thread” is allowed at a time in the gym. (Other threads in the halls that do not result in a badge being earned are perfectly acceptable)
To start a competition, simply start a new thread. Place as many OPENs as you want in your contest (four slots usually is sufficient for contests)
Be sure to message Akane to change up your mascot on the side's message. (To indicated Closed, Open threads, Open for pm requests, etc.)
*if too many people post in your thread refer them to the rules section or simply pm them that they were too slow to snap up one of your spots and that they will have to wait for the next contest. However, visitors or spectators to your events are more than welcome unless specified. When you start your thread, some small stats at the bottom of your first post should indicate any favoritism you will have. For example: +1 points for a shiny, or -4 point for a fire type move in an ice hall or something that makes sense in your hall.
*Be sure to let your contestants know if it is a double or single pokemon contest.
Drop hints about your contest and what you expect to see in your first thread. For example a contest hall judge may say, “dazzling moves” means they want their contestants to choreograph beautiful moves. It is then the member’s job to write a beautiful, vivid image of their trainer and pokemon using both words and pictures.
It is your job to lead the contestants in character. If you have more than one event, make it clear throughout your posting. For instance when one round ends, have your character say something like, “and now it’s time for the salsa dance competition!” Lead your contestants through your contest and then once you have picked the best member, award them with a congratulatory post and a badge!

This organization’s front includes several store chains, casinos, and café chains; however it is a shallow front for an illegal, underground pokemon market. The marketing wouldn’t be illegal, except the grunts and admins have caught numerous times for stealing pokemon.
For now, the organization has remained inactive in Asemon, and only the admin and a few grunts have begun to scout and feel about the country. The team consists of an unknown mass of grunts, three admins, and the overall leader of the organization.
Executive: Zandrophin
Admins: [Aeronwen][OPEN][OPEN]
Important members: [NONE]
Grunts: [OPEN to anyone]
