Trainer Type: Normal
Name: Akane (last name unknown)
Age: 28
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Whatever gives her the most status, riches, wealth, trade, etc.
Hometown/region: Fortree, Hoenn
Currently Lives: Ignacia Castle, Asemon
Status/class: Queen of Celosia
Family: MIA sister Aeronwen, Alruna
Looks: A long, flowing, fiery mass of wavy auburn hair spills off the top of her head down to her hamstrings, while caressing her pale face. Her eyes are of red-amethyst starlight framed into a catlike shape, while her lips shame roses, but that’s possibly because of all the strawberries she eats. She’s about 5’7 and 170lbs of solid muscle from carrying her heavy armor around. But when’s she’s not wearing armor, she’s in a dress or in full royal attire. Her shoes are always steady, easy to move in, and stylish. She wears quite possibly what could be defined as tons of jewelry.
Personality: Always standing tall and proud, she is surrounded by an intimidating aura that would put any weak soul to their knees. She only ever breaks her posture when she becomes a doting pokemon lover. Oddly enough she has this feeling only towards wild or baby pokemon and sometimes not even her own pokemon (this is only occasional), because she has a strictly business attitude otherwise. This quirk may be because of her tricky past and she feels wild or baby pokemon have not yet become tainted with human filth. She also has trust-issues, and a tendency to remain neutral unless she feels her morals have been threatened; which ignites a passion not so easily extinguished. She has a love/hate relationship for dragon type pokemon. Akane is a woman driven by symbolism, and is practically a walking callous. She is very strong in her mental barriers almost as well as physically being a barrier. She often times will sacrifice her own desires for her kingdom’s betterment.
Likes and Dislikes:
Likes strawberries, fire-type pokemon, pain (sadism and masochism), and the beach.
Dislikes people, pokemon abuse, not-knowing
Almost inhuman ability: Royal voice: by raising her voice coupled with her intimidating aura, she can make anyone give her full, undivided attention, meanwhile stirring their emotions to make the person/people either shy away with fear, or simply motivate them (usually with fear) to do what she wants. (Ie. rile up a crowd to go to war with her, make annoying protesters all stop and go away, etc.)
History: Although it’s merely a faint memory, she can still see the fuzzy faces of the parents that sold her and her closest sister into slavery. Akane as a young girl and her sister older, they were bought by an illegal labor camp. Her older sister's pokemon was taken from her, her beloved charmander knowing nothing of her location. Being forced to work in the houses of these nasty owners and to erect the buildings and railroads, all while living off next to nothing food-wise had its sole benefit of forcing the young sisters to mature early on.
In addition to forcing anyone they could find into working the camps, pokemon were taken hostage and forced to use their powers and strength. Akane noticed one day a group of small-large electric pokemon being used to power a magnificent machine for who-knows-what. It was even harder not to notice a small shinx being ripped off the machine and beaten for its well-known weakness. Akane as a little girl ran to save the poor thing and took the rest of the beating as well as her own, or at least until waves of fire razed the camps. Akane’s heart jumped when she saw the culprit. Her sister’s charizard had finally found them. Hopping on the charizard’s back behind her sister, Akane had stowed away the little shinx in her clothing.
They later arrived in a pokmon center and Akane in a hospital. All four of the members were fine beyond the psychological trauma and instead of returning home after the four yearlong terror, like Akane thought, her sister convinced her to go with her to the secret new world that has been discovered. When they reached Enya, the duo was immediately accepted into the community and using the strength they had developed after all the heavy-lifting, they easily learned fighting.
However, unfairness was still running rampant even in the sister’s new sanctuary. Akane’s sister decided with her own strength now coupled with her monstrous pokemon, she should have no problem liberating the remaining and rebuilt labor camps. Akane decided to start shaping Asemon while it was still young. She challenged the leader of Enya and easily crushed him, took command and built Celosia up to its current glory. Her sister, before she left, decided Akane was still her little sister. She ended up giving Akane her precious charizard for “safe-keeping.” Akane begged to know why her sister was leaving, to which the reply was “I’ll be back, sweet sister.” Akane has not seen her in over a decade and even began to lose faith in her sister’s life. Her trust issues possibly have bloomed from her lack of contact with her sister.
After many years of peace, the red queen began having dangerous premonitions, gifted her by an unknown force. The dreams forced her to enlist the help of Zandrophin to find and hunt down an absol that had taken residence in the badlands west of Mount Orinda. After the absol was captured and questioned about its appearance, it was soon discovered a monstrous threat was approaching. As the storms grew harsher and stronger, Akane sought the help of the three legendary birds. But a will to control all three of them at once was too much, even for the skilled fighter, and she enlisted the help of Queen Eira and Zandrophin to help her after wandering HUrricane Isle alone for a few weeks.
Once Lugia dared show her ugly face, the three bird-wielders and Marcus battled Lugia and only after Zapdos weakening Lugia, could Akane fully bring her down with human arrows-human weapons being difficult to recover from. Once the massive creature landed, Akane-driven mad by the amount of deaths her people suffered at the storms of Lugia, drew her sword and began chopping away at Lugia's limp, near-dead neck. Akane only stopped after Marcus' persuasion and Eira's tackling her to the ground. Akane still holds the precious, burning gem. And recently had to let go of Bastille, her precious Bastiodon.
