Prasha looked at the doors of Zan's tower that had been his home for a few months. Zan was his partner, but it was time that Prasha got out on his own. A cart was out front where Toxy, Nachos, Steel, and Rocky were loading Prasha's few belongings. He had needed to go the the shop to check on the new Kid running his shop while he was away.
Prasha began heading to the Market, he figured it wouldn't be too hard for the kid to run the shop. Prasha had hand selected one of his best customers to run the shop. He was a local teenager around 15 named Itzi Bennett. Itzi had been going to Prasha's shop ever other day and chowed down always on a double helping of Curry and rice. Itzi was very tall 6'5 and weighed 350 pounds, despite his size he was a teddy bear and nice to everyone around him.
Prasha was on his way to train Itzi on the recipe book. It was not a very hard book to learn, but Prasha insisted on the right blend of spices and berries for every meal prepared. Same in all areas was Prasha's goal. He was moving to the Western Plains, were he would set up an Inn and his house. He wanted a quiet place by the sea side where he could train his Pokemon in peace and come up with new recipes to send to Itzi.
A smile on Prasha's face as he rounded the corner to his shop. There he spotted Itzi waiting with the new uniform that Prasha designed. An Apron with big red letters that said, "Prasha's Exotic Foods and Sweets." underlined was, "Quality is best served with Tea." Prasha was proud of that motto. Even though it was not very catchy he believed that his words were a statment about his shop.
"Hey Itzi, I'm Glad you could stop by on such a short notice." Prasha smiled. "The uniform is nice is it not?"
"Hello Boss!. I was waiting all day you know?" Itzi's grin was wide and showed his amazingly white teeth. His tone was mocking yet had good nature to it. This is why Prasha had hired him, he was a hard working comedian. "Shall we start?"
Prasha tied his apron on and got out the supplies. "Yup!! Be extremely careful with the way your strain the berries and follow my lead."
